Cancellation Policy
We require a booking deposit to reserve your appointment time. This deposit will be applied toward your total at the completion of your service. Deposits are refundable when cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance via email, text, or phone call. We understand that emergencies can occur, and deposit refunds for emergency situations will be reviewed and honored on a case-by-case basis.
